1. WHO AND FROM WHERE CAN PLACE AN ORDER IN LAM?

Everyone is able to place orders in LAM. To do it, is necessary to have a registered user account. You can make an order from anywhere, but you must take into account that WE ARE NOT ACTUALLY ABLE TO MAKE SHIPPINGS OUT OF EUROPE.

Shipping cost exposed at the end of the shopping process in the “Checkout” page, is just for shippings inside the Iberian Peninsula. For Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and any other place out of the Iberian Peninsula, the shipping cost will be confirmed after the order submission. For those cases, LAM will contact you to notify the updated final cost, and you will be able to decide if accept it and continue with your order management, or if cancel it. In case you decide to continue, you will have to pay LAM the rest of the amount to complete the whole updated final cost. For those cases, you also could contact LAM directly in our contact section to ask for your complete order quotation before the formalization in the website.

To create an account, just click on  “LOGIN/REGISTER” button and fulfill the form with your data. Once you create your account, you will receive a confirmation email in the address you indicated in the form.

2. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have selected and/or configured your product, you just have to add it to the shopping cart. Then you can continue adding more products. Just repeat the process and add as many products as you want to the shopping cart.

When you click in “make order” button, a shipping and a billing address will be required to you. Also you can choose how you want to pay the order. Select your preferred method from the different available options.

In the last step you will see a summary of your order. Check it in case any wrong data or if you want to add something more. If you click on “finish order” button, you will receive a confirmation email containing all of your order information. As soon as your order get out of LAM site, you will receive another email in order you can track your order at any time.

3. WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT PRICES?

Regarding configurable products, prices will be shown in the upper section of the products page, once you have completed the configuration form. Resultant price for a specific product, will change depending on configuration you have defined for it.

Regarding no configurable products, they will have a fix price also visible in the upper section of the product page.

It is not necessary to be registered or logged in to be able to configure products and see their prices in our website. However, it will be necessary to have registered user account and be logged in to place the order of any product. If you still not have an account, you can easily create one by clicking here.

4. THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

You can order from 1 unit up to 50 units, from the product configuration form. To order more than 50 units of any product, you must to contact us from our contact section or by an email to the address contacto@laseramedida.com. Take into account that delivery time could be affected for big orders.

5. HOW CAN I REGRET OR RETURN AN ORDER?

If you have palced and received an order, you are able to regret it within 14 calendar days since the day when you received the product.

To regret an order, you must to notify us in our contact section or bye email to the address contacto@laseramedida.com  within mentioned period of time. After analyze your request we will notify you if you have or not the right to the paid money refund.

The right to regret an order will be null in the following situations:

  • Customized (configurable) products

You will only be able to apply your right to regret an order just for those products that be returned in the same conditions which you received them.

In case your regret comply the mentioned requirements, we will refund you the cost, except delivery costs, without delay and within 14 days since the date you notified your order regretting desire.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected to pay the order. You will not have any additional cost because of the refund. However, we will be able to retain the refund until we receive the products, or until you present us any evidence of the products return.

If you regret a product due to an error in your product selection, the user who bought the product will be in charge of the return shipping costs to our site.

You will have to return us or deliver us directly the products by a packing/Courier service, or send the products to LaserAMedida, Avda. Ginés Campos, Nº50, 30840, Alhama de Murcia, (Murcia), without delay within 14 calendar days since the date you notify us your order cancellation desire. It will be considered accomplished the time if you carry out the return of the products before that mentioned period of time expires.

In case you desire to return the products, you will be responsible of the returning costs. Please, take into account that if you decide to return us the products shipping dues, we will be authorized to ask you for the payment of the costs we could have or even directly regret the reception.

If that mentioned conditions are not complied, return will not be possible.

Shipping costs refund just will be applied in case right to regret be within legal period of time and all the products of the order be returned.

6. HOW CAN I FIND A PRODUCT IN THE LAM ONLINE CATALOGUE?

Products are categorized. To find a product just go to the specific category and search for the product desired, or even introduce a key word in the website searching tool and it will show all the options which adjust to that key word.

7. WHICH IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery time will be different depending on the dimensions and the quantity of the products selected in the order, and also depending on the geographic delivery place. As a reference, delivery time for Spain will be within 7 up to 15 working days.

8. WHICH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping price will be different depending on the order dimensions and weight and it is indicated in the shopping process during the order formalization.

9. CAN I RETURN OR CHANGE PRODUCTS?

The no configurable products (not customized) are able to be returned or changed if they comply with general return conditions. Customized products (configurable) are not able to be returned because of being a specific manufacturing under the user customer requirements.

10. HOW CAN I COMPLAINT REGARDING A WRONG RECEIVED ORDER?

In LAM we effort as much as possible in order you to receive your orders as fast and efficiently as possible. However, if you have received an order in a wrong way, you must notify us as soon as possible (48h since products reception) using our contact section or by email to the address contacto@laseramedida.com indicating your order reference and the reasons why it is wrong. Your claim will be analyzed and answered notifying you regarding proposed solution. 

11. HOW CAN I COMPLAINT REGARDING QUALITY ABSENCE OF A PRODUCT?

In LAM we use the most advanced and precise manufacturing means available in the market, as laser cutting technology is. However, if the product does not comply with the specified quality standards, you can claim as soon as possible (48h since the products reception) regarding those products which are not quality complying using our contact section or by email to the address contacto@laseramedida.com indicating your order reference and the reasons why it is not quality complying. Your claim will be analyzed and answered notifying you regarding proposed solution.

12. SHIPMENTS AND ORDERS POLICY LANGUAGE AND VALIDITY

Spanish version of this Shipments and Orders Policy is the legally binding version in case of any inconsistency between Spanish version and any other language translation.

13. PERIODIC REVIEW OF OUR SHIPMENTS AND ORDERS POLICY

Current legislation compliance is one of our distinguishing mark. Because of that, we review annually our Shipments and Orders Policy, and we proceed to its updating when there are changes in legislation or any of our procedures. This information has been reviewed and updated last time by October 3rd 2021, making old and not applicable any other previous version.
